Party which comes into power taking rural Sindh votes does not focus on Karachi: Imran

MOHMAND AGENCY: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the party which comes into power after getting votes from the interior of Sindh does not focus on the issues of Karachi.

The premier stated this while speaking to the tribal elders here on Monday.

He said that all the government policies were aimed at empowering the weak segments of the society. We are making efforts that the tribal areas and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa get their due funds, he added.

Khan said that the prosperity and trade in the tribal areas were linked with a peace in Afghanistan.

He said that the government had fenced the border with Afghanistan to check smuggling. We are setting up the border markets to provide employment to local people, he added.
