MULTAN: Police arrested 44 criminals and recovered drugs and illegal weapons here on Sunday.
According to police, 13 drug peddlers and two illegal weapon holders were arrested with 59 litres of liquor, 3,135g hashish and 230g heroin.
Police arrested two kite sellers, an accused for violating traffic rules and 11 gamblers with Rs 14,700.
Police also apprehended 15 proclaimed offenders and registered separate cases against the accused.
