LoC tension: Pakistan, India talks begin

The talks between Pakistan and India to reduce the tension at Line of Control (LoC0 have been started on Thursday at New Delhi.

According to Indian media, the talks between both Border Security personnel began in New Delhi headquarters where they will discuss LoC violations.

Pakistan’s 16-member delegation is led by Rangers Punjab Director General (DG) Major General Umar Farooq Barki while Security forces director Pathak is leading Indian delegation.

Pakistan will raise as many as four issues in the talks including immediate return of unintentional trespassers on borders.

 The other matters include Line of Control (LoC) firing, liquor and currency smuggling by India, border violation of Indian drone and martyrdom of two security personnel.
