Lahore: Due to fog, the M4 motorway from Pindi Bhattian to Sham Kot, Khanewal to Multan and from Lahore to Pindi Bhattian has been closed.
According to a spokesman for the Motorway Police, the M5 from Multan to Rahim Yar Khan has also been closed due to fog.
The spokesman has directed drivers to use fog lights on vehicles and keep a reasonable distance from the next vehicle.
On the other hand, fog has covered the National Highway in many areas including Chichawatni, Mian Channu, Basti Malik, Bahawalpur, Lodhran, Sadiqabad due to which the visibility is low and the flow of traffic is affected.
