ISLAMABAD: Defence Minister, Khawaja Muhammad Asif has said operation Zarb-e-Azb will continue till restoration of permanent peace and tranquility in the tribal areas.
Talking to a news channel, he said the international community had acknowledged the efforts of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for peace in the South Asian region.
He said the Prime Minister has a clear policy of maintaining friendly relations with neighbouring countries.
Khawaja Asif, who is also Minister for Water and Power said steps had been taken to ensure uninterrupted power supply during Sehr and Iftar timings.
