LAHORE: PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif has been arrested here on Monday by the National Accountability Court.
The anti-graft watchdog arrested the PML-N president from the courtroom after his interim bail was rejected by a two-member bench of the NAB court.
The PML-N leader has been arrested in the money laundering and assets beyond known income cases.
The NAB authorities after arresting Shahbaz Sharif had left the LHC for their office in Lahore.
Sources said that the PML-N leader would be produced before an accountability court tomorrow, seeking his physical remand.
