Senate adopts resolution to complete dossiers about Indian interference

ISLAMABAD: The Senate on Monday passed a resolution that the government should complete dossiers about Indian interference in Pakistan’s internal affairs.

The resolution moved by Abdul Qayyum says that Indian interference in Pakistan’s internal affairs fomenting unrest, instability and terrorism and send the same dossier to key international countries and institutions.

The House also adopted a resolution moved by Usman Kakar that the government should take immediate steps for handing over Kuchlak-Zhob Highway (N-50) and Saranan-Chaman Highway (n-25) to National Highway and Motorway Police and create new posts in police.

Meanwhile, Senator Lt Gen.  Salahuddin Tirmizai on behalf of Chairman Standing Committee on Defense Muhahid Hussain Syed presented the report of the committee on the visit and meetings of the standing committee at Pakistan’s navy installation at Karachi, Ormara and Gwadar in the House.
