JHANG: The district administration has changed the timings of private and public schools of the district due to smog.
As per notifications, girls’ schools of the district will open at 8:15 a.m. and close at 2:15 p.m. while boys’ schools will open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 2:30 p.m.
However, on Friday, the timing of girls schools will be upto 12:15 pm and boys schools upto 12:30 pm.
The notification further stated that nursery classes will start at 9:30 a.m. and it will end at 12:00 noon.
The new timings will be enforced at all public and private schools of the district.
