Rangers present restaurant arrestees in court

KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers Sindh personnel presented four people arrested from a restaurant owned by Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) MNA Ali Raza Abidi in court.

The court after hearing remanded all four into Rangers custody for 90 days.

The four men presented in court were namely Hasan Abbas Zaidi, Fahimuddin, Imran Haider and Sajid Tirmzi were arrested from ‘Biryani Of the Seas’ restaurant in Clifton.

Earlier, Rangers also claimed to have arrested a target killer Yameen alias AD and claimed that he was wanted by the police for more than 10 murder cases, including the killing of four people last year in Good Luck Gardens.

They maintained that the accused was also involved in armed robberies and forceful closure of shops while sending millions of rupees of extortion money to MQM headquarters Nine Zero.
