‘Present yourself for accountability’: Imran Khan gives new deadline to PM Nawaz

RAIWIND: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Friday night announced new deadline to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif till Muharram to present himself for accountability. He threatened PM Nawaz Sharif not to let ruling political party to rule anymore after the month of Muharram.

Imran Khan announced to march towards the federal capital Islamabad after Muharram to paralyse the government led by Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N). He was addressing to crowded public gathering in Raiwind.

The PTI Chairman said that his political will not hold more public meetings amid tensions on Pakistan-India border in order to support armed forces. However, PTI will march towards Islamabad after Muharram if the government failed to hold accountability of corrupt rulers.

He termed leaked Panama Papers as evidence of corruption committed by PM Nawaz Sharif.

Commenting over ongoing Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir, Imran Khan slammed Modi-led government that human rights are being violated in Indian-held Kashmir for last 26 years while PM Narendra Modi has proved himself a prejudiced Indian but not a statesman.

Imran khan said we will support Kashmiris morally we will raise the voice for Kashmiris no matter what happened.

Imran khan said he did not want to stay alive in a slave country which runs on American policies, he was been labeled Taliban when he spoke against them, he added.

He urged Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to fix the Punjab police like CM KPK Pervaiz Khattak did in just three years. He challenged everyone to find a single big corruption case in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).

He said that we invited all the political parties to join the rally but unfortunately they all had the excuses.

On the occasion PTI leaders Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Jahangir Khan Tarin, Asad Umar, former Punjab governor Chaudhry Sarwar, Arif Alvi, Imran Ismail and Khurram Sher Zaman addressed the gathering.
