ISLAMABAD: The session of the National Assembly on Thursday became a battlefield as a hassle broke out between the opposition and government lawmakers.
Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq postponed the proceedings for 15 minutes after a quarrel between the treasury and opposition members.
The MPs pushed each other and as result, the speaker had to call security officers.
PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that the prime minister should come to the parliament and give his stance.
