Journalists in occupied Kashmir are not being allowed by Indian forces to report what is happening in the valley since the start of the security lockdown earlier this week.

India has imposed a complete communications blackout in the occupied Kashmir.

The Committee to Protect Journalists quoting a local news editor in the valley said that media men were facing difficulties moving around and not allowed to shoot videos and take photos.

The news editor feared that the journalists might be arrested for reporting what is happening since the communications blackout that imposed on Aug 4.
