Half of PSL4 matches will be held in Pakistan, announces Najam Sethi

Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Najam Sethi on Friday stated that we have fulfilled our promise to hold Pakistan Super League (PSL) match in Karachi.

He made another great announcement that next year half of the matches of PSL will be held in Pakistan, adding that half of PSL season 4 matches will be held on ‘double weekends’ in a way that Thursday, Friday in UAE while Saturday, Sunday in Pakistan.

We will look upon constructing stadiums in Islamabad and Peshawar, he assured.

Sethi further demanded people to keep faith on him as he is a man of principles.

There is a vague chance of international teams to visit Pakistan this year as national team already have scheduled series in foreign countries, he told.

PCB Chief said in future, we will appoint young players as skippers but for now, Sarfraz will remain captain in all three formats of cricket.
