The Supreme Court has issued notice to the Attorney General for his assistance on review petition to elimination of interest system.
The hearing on the review petition was performed by three member bench headed by Shaikh Azmat Saeed.
Justice Shaikh Azmat during the hearing said the interest matter come under Sharia Court while the court have the authority to outlaw anything which is against Islamic teachings.
The court has issued a notice to Attorney General for his assistance on review petition to elimination of interest system.
