ISLAMABAD: Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif said that China Pakistan Economic Corridor was a game changer project not just for Pakistan but for the entire region.
While addressing to a gathering by Chinese embassy at 89th anniversary of founding of Peoples Liberation Army (PLA), he extended sincere greeting to Chinese leaders and armed forces.
He said that CPEC will bring improvement in lives of hundreds of millions of people and added that the project security is our national undertaking.
Raheel Sharif said that they will leave no stone unturned to ensure its timely completion and uninterrupted success. He said that Operation Zarb-e-Azb will continue to act against terrorist of all hue and color.
The COAS said that they resolve to break nexus between terrorists , criminality and corruption.
In their speeches, Chinese paid gratitude to Pak Army for an indiscriminate and a highly successful operations to wipe out terrorism from Pakistan and the region.
Chinese also thanked Pak Army for creating secure environment for making CPEC possible and then protecting it.
