COAS meets injured victims of Indian firing

SIALKOT: Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif arrived here in Sialkot and met injured victims of Indian firing on Line of Control (LoC), Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Friday.

The COAS  paid a visit to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Sialkot and inquired about the health and condition of innocent villagers killed in the firing incident.

At least six persons have been martyred and 46 others including twenty-two women injured in unprovoked Indian shelling on the working boundary.

According to ISPR, the Indian troops resorted to shelling in Sialkot, Chaprar, and Harpal sectors while Kangan Pur and Bajra Garhi villages have been affected badly in the firing.

Pakistani security forces responded befittingly to the Indian firing.
