KARACHI: Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed has ordered demolition of Nasla Tower on Shahra-e-Faisal.

A case related to construction of Nasla Tower was heard in the Supreme Court Karachi Registry headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed in which the Chief Justice asked the owner of the building to show the lease.

Barrister Salahuddin then told the court that the Sindhi Muslim Society had purchased the land at full market value, as can be seen in the report of the Commissioner Karachi. Notice should be issued to Sindhi Muslim Society.

The court said that the Sindhi Muslim Society gave you 400 yards more. This is what happened. China cutting has taken place all over Karachi.

During the hearing, Barrister Salahuddin showed a map of the master plan while the court staff also showed the judges a Google Earth map on a laptop.
