Chaudhry wants to seize Sindh: CM Qaim

Sindh chief minister Qaim Ali Shah alleged that Chaudhry Nisar and his aides wanted to seize the Sindh while the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) wanted supremacy of the Constitution and parliamentary system.

CM Qaim Ali Shah while addressing public gathering on occasion of 8th death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto admitted that Army Chief General Raheel Sharif and security institutions made coordination with the Sindh authorities. However, the provincial government warned Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to stop their ministers who were planning to seize Sindh.

He rejected that peace establishment was made by efforts of the federal government. Sindh Assembly made a decision with large majority which cannot be put aside while decision of the Sindh Assembly cannot be rejected by one person.

He demanded empowerment and security for national institutions in accordance with the Constitution.
