KARACHI: Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafiq said that Sindh including Karachi had turned into archaeological site due to poor performance of the provincial government.
He stated while talking to the media after inaugurating Railways workers quarters here on Saturday.
The federal minister said that road network and transport system in Sindh is very poor and the provincial government should focus on them.
Criticising the PPP-led Sindh government, he said that despite spending Rs900 billion infrastructure in the province and even in Karachi is extremely poor.
