The Islamabad High Court has decided to constitute a larger bench to hear the case of the alleged daughter of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Imran Khan, Terian Jade.

Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq heard the disqualification petition of Imran Khan for not revealing his alleged daughter Teriyan.

Chief Justice Amir Farooq remarked that Imran Khan’s objection is that he is no longer a public office holder, he has to confirm with the Election Commission what is the current position, and he seeks a notification of de-notification from the Election Commission.

Chief Justice Aamir Farooq said that the petitioner had challenged Imran Khan’s 2018 affidavit.

Islamabad High Court announced the decision to form a larger bench to hear the Terian Jade case.

It should be remembered that yesterday, Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan had submitted a written response in the court in the case related to his alleged daughter Teriyan, in which he had said that the Islamabad High Court is not authorized to hear this case.

In his written reply, Imran Khan also said that the judge who had excused himself from hearing this case earlier, how can he hear this case again.
