50th edition: Heimtextil 07 – 10 January, 2020 the leading trade fair

For the 50th edition of Heimtextil (07-10 January 2020), the international trade fair for home and contract textiles once again sparkle with the world’s largest product range for textile interiors and its unique presentation of the hottest trends.

This year3,041 exhibitors from 65 countries exhibited with increase in number of visitors each day.

From Pakistan, 231 exhibitors are participating directly as well as through Trade Development Authority of Pakistan. Those exhibitors that are participating under the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) pavilion are allocated in halls 10.0 and 10.3. In 2020, Pakistan is the 4th largest country at the show after Germany, China and India.

Mr. Shaiq Jawed from J.K. Spinning Mills and Executive Committee All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) shared his views on the first day of the fair by saying that we have been participating for many years and the fair is going good. There are much more visitors and we are hoping to get many orders from this edition. In general, I may say that the fair will leave positive emotions.

Mr. Waqas Ali from Best Exports and Executive Committee Pakistan Textile Exporters Association (PTEA) said that Heimtextil is the international trade fair for Home textile. It’s an opportunity for us to deal with new customers, discuss with our existing customers and share prices with them. Though it’s the beginning day of the fair but still we assure that this edition will be best in terms of receiving orders.

Mr. Farhat Ullah Sheikh from Magna Processing and Executive Committee Pakistan Textile Exporters Association (PTEA) said “Heimtextil grows every year, which allow us to meet our existing and potential customers as it’s a best place to make business contacts.

Mr. Kashif Shahzad from H.A.R. Textile Mills and Executive Committee Pakistan Textile Exporters Association (PTEA) stated that we are pleased to participate in the show as this fair is definitely effective to target not only European buyer but overall buyers from the world.

Mr. Moin A. Razzak from Hasham Towel and Executive Committee Towel Manufacturers’ Association of Pakistan (TMA) seems very optimistic about the fair and said that this fair is a key fair for us as it helps to grow our textile export and sustain in market.

Mr. Haroon Shamsi from Shaheen Industries and Executive Committee Towel Manufacturers’ Association of Pakistan (TMA) has given a satisfactory comment by saying.”It’s a big platform for those who have huge business like us as number of buyers from all around the world can be seen under one roof. However it’s the opening day of the fair but still every stands seems busy with the meetings everywhere.”
