Allies are with us while umpire with Pakistan, claims Sheikh Rasheed

Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has said that for the first time anyone is being allowed to protest in the red zone of the federal capital Islamabad.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Sheikh Rashid said that we have held a meeting on the protest as the Election Commission is a constitutional body and it cannot be allowed to harass.

The interior minister said that the neither Pakistan Democratic Movement asked for permission nor we gave it but we decided not to obstruct their protest. We did not set up containers anywhere and for the first time anyone was allowed to protest in the red zone.

Sheikh Rashid said that I want to tell Maulana Fazlur Rehman that you would get trapped and politicians will escape.
