ISLAMABAD: The Chinese government has contacted PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif and offered help in treatment of Covid-19, says PML-N on Saturday.
The PML-N said on the party’s official Twitter account that Spokesperson for Chinese Foreign Ministry Lijian Zhao had called the party president and offered assistance in the treatment of coronavirus infection on behalf of the government.

The Chinese official expressed concern for Shehbaz Sharif’s well being.
Shahbaz Sharif thanked the Chinese government, leadership and Lijian Zhao for offering treatment for coronavirus infection.
Meanwhile, PML-N Secretary General Ahsan Iqbsal said that he had also received a phone call of Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Lijian Zhao.
Iqbal said that Lijian Zhao inquired about his health and offered assistance in treatment of Covid-19 on behalf of the Chinese government.
