Yahoo has purchased a popular shopping site, Polyvore, that lets its users to browse and buy clothes, accessories and beauty products, Mashable reported.

Yahoo continued its acquisition spree after buying the fashion-discovery site that was founded by three former Yahoo engineers in 2007.

Amount of the purchase agreement was not disclosed so far, however, Polyvore had raised about $22 million from investors including Goldman Sachs, Matrix Partners and Benchmark Capital.

Polyvore reports over 20 million users — a significant amount, albeit one the company hasn’t updated since 2012, suggesting user growth may have slowed in recent years. Meshing parts of Polyvore with Yahoo could help drive Polyvore’s growth, Mashable said.

Experts said that Yahoo has stepped forward to plant roots in e-commerce while Yahoo planned on integrating elements of Polyvore in its digital magazines and verticals.
