Waqas Shah’s killer remanded in Rangers custody

KARACHI:  A local court on Saturday remanded Asif Ali the suspected murderer of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) worker Waqas Shah in Rangers custody for 14 days.

The Rangers got remand of Asif Ali after producing him in court today where the law officer maintained that Asif Ali is the man who killed Waqas Shah in front of Rangers.

MQM worker Waqas Ali Shah was killed during Rangers raid at MQM headquarters Nine Zero  on March 11, 2015.

Two days ago, Rangers claim to have carried out an intelligence-based operation in Sindh’s Shahdadpur area and arrested accused Asif Ali.
