MOHALI: Pakistani pacer Wahab Riaz and super star batsman Mohammad Hafeez will miss the important of International Cricket Council (ICC) World T20 against New Zealand at Mohali today (Tuesday).
Team management revealed that both players would be available for match against Australia but will miss today’s game due to injury.
As per details, Wahab Riaz was hit on the head by ball, and was taken out of the field, while Mohammad Hafeez didn’t participate in practice session due to knee pain.
On the other hand, there are reports of Mohammad Amir’s injury, however, team management has kept a silence over his injury.
Talented batsman Khalid LAtif might make way in the side to replace Hafeez, while Wahab Riaz would be replaced by all-rounder Imad Wasim.
It is also reported that if Hafeez gets a node from doctor and trainer ahead of the game, then Sharjeel Khan might give his place to Khalid Latif.
