Karachi: Two-member Asia and the Pacific region emissary of United Nations Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) visited Al-Khidmat head office Karachi and held cordial talks with officials.
Asia Pacific head, Mashal Saad and Imran Leghari exchanged views of mutual interest with Chief Executive Officer, Saleem Azhar and Executive Director, Rashid Qureshi and praised services of the institution.
The team also extended invitation to Al-Khidmat in forthcoming consultation meeting of Asia Pacific region. The team was briefed on function of Alkhidmat.
Director Disaster Management, Fawad Sherwani, Manager, Sarfraz Sheikh and Assistant Manager RMD, Muzzamil Kamlani were also present on the occasion.
Later, guests were given honourary shields and Ajrak.
