Turkiye elections: 1.7 million people attend Erdogan’s rally in Istanbul

ISTANBUL: 1.7 million people have participated in the election rally of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the historic city of Istanbul.

Presidential and parliamentary elections in Turkey will be held on May 14, in which 3 candidates are competing against Turkish President Erdogan.

The Turkish president is busy in the election campaign and today Erdogan held an election rally in the historical city of Istanbul.

According to Turkish media reports, 1.7 million people have participated in the Istanbul election rally and this election rally is being called the biggest political rally of the century.

On this occasion, Turkish President Erdoğan said that he thanks the people of Istanbul for their continued support.

He said that together with Istanbul, they will create the history of Turkey, do not give the opposition coalition a chance to divide the country.
