LIBREVILLE: Tunisia secured their place in the quarter-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations on Monday with a 4-2 win against Zimbabwe.
Tunisia only needed a draw to be sure of progressing in second place in Group B but they scored four times in the first half while Algeria could only draw 2-2 with Senegal in the night’s other game, ending any doubt about their prospects.
Burkina Faso now await Tunisia in the quarter-finals in Libreville on Saturday.
