HANGU: The police foiled a terror bid as it recovered two bombs which were later defused by bomb disposal squad (BDS) here on Saturday.
Over reports of presence of suspicion material in Tal Bazaar, Hangu, police was informed which reached the scene and during search two bombs weighing two kilogram were recovered.
The BDS was called in which reached the scene and defused the both bombs preventing a major terror bid.
The security forces cordoned off the area after the recovery of the bombs and conducted search operations in which 20 suspects were arrested who were shifted to an undisclosed location for investigation.
