Taliban instruct citizens to return govt properties, vehicles, weapons within week

KABUL: The Afghan Taliban have instructed to the citizens to submit the government properties, vehicles and weapons.
Spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid in his statement issued on the social media directed Afghan citizens to return the government properties, vehicles and weapons to the related departments within a week to avoid any legal action.
It may be mentioned here that Taliban had earlier directed the citizens to submit their weapons being carried for their safety as now they are no more required to guard themselves as the groups would provide them security.
Meanwhile, Taliban had found important documents left behind by the British embassy in Afghanistan.
According to media reports, the UK had suspended its social media account soon after completion of evacuation.
Taliban have found key documents of the British embassy it left behind during evacuation.
The documents contained contact numbers of Afghan citizens, their residential addresses and other information. Through this sensitive document, Afghan citizens can easily be traced, the reports added.
Sources said that the documents were scattered on the floor of the British embassy. The Afghan citizens had applied for jobs to the British embassy.
