Lahore: Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Sirajul Haq has said that the report of the Broadsheet Commission is disappointing and a larger commission should be formed to investigate the matter.

In a statement, Sirajul Haq said that the report of the Broadsheet Commission was an attempt to divert attention from the real issues and the report did not mention the dubious payment of 29 million.

Siraj-ul-Haq says that the report of the commission also did not mention a fine of 5,000 pounds per day.

He demanded that the government form a larger commission to investigate the merits and bring the facts to light.

He said that such reports were useless until the looted money was returned and the accused was jailed.
