KARACHI: Sindh High Court on Friday disposed of the petition filed by model girl Ayyan Ali against Interior Ministry and others seeking contempt of court proceeding for being in fructuous.
The super model had moved to SHC against Interior Ministry and others for not removing her name from Exit Control List despite the order of the apex court.
She had pleaded the court to initiate contempt of court proceeding against the respondents for not allowing her to proceed abroad despite the directives of the apex court.
The petitioner counsel told the court that the court directives issued on the petition of the model were complied with and they were not interested to press the petition.
The court disposed of the petition for being infractuous.
