SRINAGAR: A large number of poor migrants workers in occupied Kashmir have started fleeing the valley to other parts of India in search of their livelihood as complete security lockdown entered its fourth day here on Thursday.

The migrant workers started leaving the valley after their Kashmiri employers failed to pay them salaries due to zero business activities in the area after continued curfew and panic created by the Indian forces.

Hundreds of workers carrying their belongings on their heads and under arms on Wednesday were seen at railroad station in Jammu waiting for rails to get to Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkand.
