Security forces takes Afghan soldier to Bajaur Agency for treatment

BAJAUR AGENCY: The security forces on Saturday took a soldier of the Afghan National Army to Bajaur Agency for treatment as an Afghan soldier suffering from illness, officials of the security forces said.

They said that the security officials in Pakistan Afghan border area Nawa Pass, shifted a solider of the Afghan National Army into Pakistani territory in Charmang locality.

The sick Afghan army soldier was shifted to an area in Bajaur on humanitarian spirit after its officials requested for medical treatment from our officials at the Pak-Afghan border area in Nawa Pass.

According to the officials, the sick Afghan solider was being under treatment in Charmang area under the supervision of security forces doctors.

The sick Afghan solider would recover soon and he might be discharged after a few days, the official added.

The Afghan solider felling comfortable and he thanked the Pakistani security forces for shifting him in to its camp and giving him medical assistant.

It was the fourth time for the last one year that an Afghan solider was shifted in to Pakistani territory in Bajaur Agency for medical treatment.
