ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) on Monday reserved verdict on Kalabag dam review petition and directd the petitioner to submit written arguments within a week.
SC Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali chaired the three member bench. During the hearing, petitioner’s lawyer pleaded that decision was being made without hearing him. The judge directed the petitioner to submit his written arguments within a week in the court and adjourned the court.
