Karachi: The Meteorological Department has said the existing rain system in Karachi is weakening.

Director Meteorological Department Sardar Sarfraz said that most of the low pressure in lower Sindh and Karachi went into the sea which has weakened the existing rain system in Karachi.

The Director Meteorological Department said that part of the system is present in the city but the intensity is not high due to which there may be moderate to heavy rains in Karachi till tomorrow morning.

It should be noted that the monsoon rains in Karachi in August have badly affected the city’s system, causing floods in the city, while many areas of Surjani Town have been inundated, forcing residents to evacuate.
