QUETTA: Another woman falls prey to Congo virus during treatment in hospital here on Sunday after which the tally due to the dreadful disease mounted to 12.
According to details, a woman was shifted to Fatima Jinnah Hospital Quetta some three days ago where during medical checkup she was found to be affected with Congo virus.
The lady was brought four days back from Afghanistan and despite all out efforts of the doctors she breathed her last on Sunday morning after which the death toll due to the Congo virus in the ongoing year across the country has climbed to 12. Several other affected of the virus were under treatment at different governmental and private hospitals in different cities.
