KHATHMANDU: Nepal Prime Minister Sushil Koirala has said that earth quake death toll could rise to 10 thousand.
A high intensity quake jolt Nepal on previous Sunday. 4400 bodies and 8000 injured have been recovered from the rubbles in Nepal.
Nepal Interior Ministry has said that rescue operation was being carried out to search quack affectees and to provide them food, water and other necessary support.
“Police and rescue teams could not reach the areas located near the center of the earth quack due to heavy risk and death toll could increase due to this reason.” He added
United Nation has said that eight million people were directly affected by the earth quake and of 1.56 million people needed water, food and shelter immediately.
