Punjab governor hopes opposition will start talks next month

LAHORE: Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar has said that it is not known when the long march is to take place and when the resignations will come but he hoped that the opposition would hold talks with the government next month.

Talking to media on the occasion of polo match, the Governor Punjab said that it was a matter of happiness that sports activities were being revived in Pakistan and improvement in law and order situation was also a matter of happiness.

He said that the solution to the problems all over the world is dialogue. We are ready to negotiate with the opposition on all the basic issues while, he said hoping that the process of dialogue would definitely start.
