Investigation General (IG) Sindh Ghulam Haider Jamil has shown mistrust on Supreme Court bench hearing Police funds embezzlement case.
As per details, the hearing of the case was performed in Supreme Court Karachi registry by three member bench headed by Justice Amir Hani Muslim.
During the hearing, IG Sindh shown mistrust over head of the bench saying, Justice Amir Hani Muslim is continuously in contact with the investigation committee who used abusive language against him.
IG Sindh leveled an allegation on head of the bench and said the judge has violated article 15 so he will not be allowed to proceed the case anymore.
On this Justice Amir Hani commented that the hearing is being performed on merit and whatever will be the decision it would be under law and constitution.
