Khushab: PML-N candidate Moazzam Sher Kallu won the PP-84 by-election.
According to unofficial and unconfirmed results, PML-N’s Moazzam Sher Kallu defeated PTI’s Ali Hussain Khan Baloch.
The Khushab seat had fallen vacant last year on March 12 after PML-N’s Malik Muhammad Waris Kallu died from coronavirus.
The PML-N candidate secured over 73,081 votes while PTI candidate bagged over 62,903 votes in the by-polls.
A total of 2,792 votes were rejected. The vote turn out was over 52. 9 per cent at the 229 polling stations set up for the by-polls in the constituency.
