ISLAMABAD: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Spokesman Danyal Gilani on Wednesday said PIA cabin crew had detected and reported 3.1-kg narcotics in PIA’s flight PK 211.
‘The flight was on its way from Islamabad to Dubai when the crew detected it and reported to control room,’ he said in a statement.
Gilani said the flight was brought back to Karachi where narcotic drugs were confiscated and handed over to Customs and Anti Narcotics Force officials for further action. The plane would soon depart for Dubai.
