Allies are with us while umpire with Pakistan, claims Sheikh Rasheed

RAWALPINDI: Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has said that Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has conceded defeat while the PPP has won.

Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed while talking to media in Rawalpindi said that PDM will contest by-elections. They did not abolish the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) during their tenures and it will not be abolished now.

“The day the PDM announces the date of the long march, the same day we will go to our legal right,” he said. Those who speak out against the army will be charged within 72 hours, he warned.

The federal interior minister said that the passport of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif would not be extended when it expires on February 16. The PDM is deceiving the people, the minister added.
