Pakistan to raise Indian statements issue at diplomatic level: FO

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson Qazi Khalilullah said on Friday that the country will raise the issue of Indian leadership’s threatening statements at diplomatic level.

Talking to media, the FO spokesperson said that Pakistan will take every step to ensure national interests are protected.

He emphasised that Pakistani leadership has replied to these statements adding that the country knows how to respond to any threat in a befitting manner.

In response to a question, Qazi Khalilullah said Pakistan and Afghanistan had agreed that they will not allow their soil to be used for regional terrorism.

He maintained that Pakistan wants brotherly relations with all neighboring countries.
