Pakistan PM meets former UK PM Gordon Brown

Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown held meeting in Oslo, Norway on Monday.

PM Nawaz while meeting Gordon Brown said that Pakistan shared vision of Oslo Summit aimed at reaching out to the 58 million children who are still being denied their right to education, and to improving quality of education.

He said he strongly believed that education of youth is the only way forward for socio-economic progress of our future generations, Radio Pakistan reported.

On the occasion, Gordon Brown extended condolences on the tragic Army School incident and appreciated the decisions taken by the government in its aftermath.
