Pakistan begin test series against Bangladesh to take revenge of defeats

KHULNA: Bangladesh have scored 60 runs on loss of one wicket against Pakistan in first test match after the Bengal tigers captain Mushfiqur Rahim won the toss and elected to bat at the Sheikh Abu Naser stadium in Khulna on Tuesday (today).

The both teams have  handed Test debuts to new players Soumya Sarkar and fast bowler Mohammad Shahid, from Bangladesh while Pakistan picked uncapped batsman Sami Aslam for the opening match of the two-Test series.

The green shirts  also ignored senior off-spinner Saeed Ajmal, preferring to go in with two specialist slow bowlers in left-armer Zulfiqar Babar and leg-spinner Yasir Shah.

 The green caps have faced worst defeat in three ODI series by 3-0 and also lost only T20 match against Bangladesh.
