Over 6 mln children out of schools in Sindh: CM

Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has said local government imposed education emergency in Sindh because over 6 million children are out on schools in the province.

As per details, CM reviewed the measures to improve education in the province during the meeting of education sector.

He also answered question regarding educations asked by locals via SMS.

Education minister Jam Mahtab Dhr told that government of Sindh is sincere to improve education quality in the province for which around 200 assistants were hired to keep an eye on teacher and employees.

On this occasion, CM Sindh said that improving education in Sindh is the first priority of Pakistan People Party (PPP) government.

“Providing education to every single child is the responsibility of our government,” Shah said.

After reviewing the problems, an education emergency has been imposed in the province, he said.
