MIRPURKHAS: One person was killed and 27 others sustained injuries in a head on collision between a bus and car on Hyderabad Mirpurkhas-Umerkot road on Monday.
The accident occurred at Raja Rasti Stop when an air condition coach coming from Hyderabad collided with the car of Muhammad Hassan Rajjar, a leader of Sarwari Jammat. As a result, a 55-year-old Dr Diya Ram s/o Eiser Das Malhi succumbed to injuries on way to hospital.
Those injured were identified as Haji Hassan Rajjar, Rajash Kumar, Ishaque, Khabar Khan, Vivek, Anand, Shrimati Lachhmi, Shrimati Godawari, Abdul Waheed, Wali Muhammad, Shrimati Jamna, Ali Akbar, Haresh Kumar and others.
