Petrol price likely to be reduced by Rs10 per litre today

KARACHI: Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry has announced an increase in the prices of petroleum products.

After the Cabinet meeting here on Tuesday, the information minister said there is no doubt that prices of petroleum products would increase.

He said said that the decision to increase the price of petrol is not of the cabinet but depends on the situation.

The federal minister said that there was no final decision on the Sugar Advisory Board, adding that the NIHRC has been dissolved.

The cabinet had approved an increase of 15 per cent of the salary of the armed forces, he further said.

It is to be mentioned here the prices of petroleum products are likely to increase by Rs8 for the next 15 days.
